1. Follow the generic instructions for adding MX records to your DNS account to enable Google Workspace mail with your domain.

    MX records if setup before 2023:

    Blank or @    1    ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM

    Blank or @    5    ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM

    Blank or @    5    ALT2.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM

    Blank or @    10   ALT3.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM

    Blank or @    10   ALT4.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM


    MX records if setup after 2023:

    Blank or @    1    SMTP.GOOGLE.COM


  2. Create Google Workspace SPF records in your DNS account to authorize email senders and help filter out spammers.

    SPF record should be:
    v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all

  3. Add Google Workspace DKIM records to your DNS account to authenticate your email and help prevent spoofing.

    DKIM record must be 1024 bit only.

    DKIM record will need to use prefix name you applied in your Google Workspace account

  4. Add DMARC record for better delivery.

    DMARC record will need to use:
    _dmarc
    "v=DMARC1; p=reject; pct=100; adkim=s; aspf=s"
